These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oojl ("oojl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at oojl.app (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content offered by oojl.
By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the oojl Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with oojl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

All communications between oojl and its Players — including support tickets, dispute resolution correspondence, and official notices — shall be conducted in English. oojl is designed for and primarily serves players in the Philippines, and all currency references default to Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless stated otherwise.
In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on oojl. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through mandatory KYC identity verification. oojl will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, and any deposited funds may be forfeited in such circumstances.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
Each individual may hold only one active oojl account at any time. If oojl detects that you have created or attempted to create multiple accounts — including through different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — oojl reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any balance generated through bonus play across duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your oojl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. oojl will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
You agree to notify oojl's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account, any suspected phishing attempt impersonating oojl, or any other security incident affecting your account. oojl will investigate reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend your account as a protective measure during such investigation.
oojl will never request your password via SMS, email, Facebook Messenger, Viber, or Telegram. The only official domain of oojl is oojl.app. Any communication purporting to be from oojl that requests your login credentials through unofficial channels should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to oojl support immediately.
oojl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO via InstaPay, BPI via InstaPay, UnionBank via InstaPay, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (over-the-counter), Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list of accepted methods is displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, and bank InstaPay transfers. The minimum deposit for 7-Eleven over-the-counter transactions is ₱200. The minimum cryptocurrency deposit is the equivalent of ₱500 in USDT at the time of transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply to specific payment methods and are displayed at the time of deposit. oojl reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.
By depositing funds into your oojl account, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of those funds and that they have not been derived from any illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activity. oojl reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and to block, freeze, or return funds where there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful origin.
oojl is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the Player. If a deposit fails to credit your account within the displayed processing timeframe, you must contact oojl customer support with proof of the transaction (screenshot or transaction reference number) within 48 hours. oojl will investigate and resolve valid deposit discrepancies within three (3) business days.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to the Player's account. oojl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes. oojl processes withdrawals seven (7) days per week, including Philippine public holidays. Processing times quoted are targets and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to payment provider network conditions outside oojl's control.
oojl reserves the right to require a Player to wager their deposited amount at least once (1x turnover) before processing a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, money laundering, or exploitation of the Platform's payment infrastructure without genuine gaming activity. This condition does not apply to Players who have deposited and wagered exclusively with their own funds without claiming any bonus.
oojl reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is an ongoing investigation of the account for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violation; (c) the withdrawal is linked to a payment dispute filed by the Player with their payment provider; or (d) a technical error has inflated the Player's balance. In all such cases, oojl will notify the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

oojl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any oojl content; (b) use oojl's trademarks or branding in any manner; (c) create derivative works based on oojl's content; or (d) reverse-engineer any software component of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oojl's total liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
oojl shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or corruption of data; (c) loss of goodwill or reputational harm; (d) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; or (e) any damages resulting from Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks, even if oojl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
oojl does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary inaccessibility. oojl will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
oojl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity theft; provision of false information; failure to complete KYC verification; prohibited conduct as described in Section 9; or a regulatory directive requiring account closure.
Where an account is terminated due to a Player's breach of these Terms, oojl reserves the right to void all bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, to retain the account balance pending investigation and legal resolution. Where account termination is initiated by oojl for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
You may close your oojl account at any time by contacting oojl customer support. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations incurred prior to closure, including pending withdrawal requests or outstanding wagering requirement conditions.
oojl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, oojl will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will display the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the oojl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact oojl support to close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the oojl Platform.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit any dispute to oojl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting oojl customer support in writing. oojl will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a written complaint. Only where oojl's internal resolution process has been exhausted without resolution shall either party proceed to formal legal action.
